Peel the garlic and stir-fry the cloves and the potatoes in a frying pan drizzled with some organic <a href=\"https:\/\/gocceditalia.it\/en\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-biological-certified\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>extra virgin olive oil<\/strong><\/a>. Remove the pot from the heat and mash the potatoes with a blender.
