Grease it with the remaining teaspoon of oil, cut a cross in it and let it rise for 2-3 hours.<\/p><p>After rising, knead the pizza dough for a few minutes and begin to flatten it with your hands. Continue to roll it out with a rolling pin, from the centre outwards, in one direction and the other, until you have a rectangle about one cm thick. Transfer the dough into a 35\u00d745 cm baking tin, greased with oil. Cover with a cloth and leave to rise for a further hour.<\/p><p>Stuff the pizza with the tomato, mozzarella, brie and truffle.
