Honey with a medium-intensity fragrance and aroma. Its scent is floral and intense, reminiscent of chrysanthemums. The taste is floral and slightly fruity at first, then animal-like with caramel notes, leaving a fairly persistent aftertaste.
The color ranges from light amber to amber with orange hues and a green fluorescence when liquid, and from light to dark beige with orange tones when crystallized. It crystallizes naturally a few months after harvest.
