- On the nose, it opens with fruity aromas of cherry, plum, blackberry, and blackcurrant, enriched with delicate spicy notes.
- On the palate, it is broad, balanced, and harmonious, with soft, round tannins that envelop a rich palate of juicy fruits and spicy hints. The finish is long and persistent. This wine pairs beautifully with lamb chops seasoned with rosemary and green pepper, as well as red meats like grilled ribeye or entrecôte.
Serve it at a temperature of 16°-18°C to enhance its characteristics.
