Artisanal Panettone with Extra Virgin Olive Oil made by L’Angolo della Gastronomia di Simone Forante from L’Angolo della Gastronomia in Casaloldo (MN). We worked on a recipe that allows us to replace almost entirely the butter with our extra virgin olive oil, while respecting the traditional recipe.
Our panettone is soft and has a gentle, delicate taste, with a pleasant and subtle aroma.
The dough is extremely light and highly digestible.
