Pennette alla carbonara with summer truffle

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 400 g pennette (or another type of short pasta)
  • 100 g bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bag of dried summer truffle g. 6


Fry the bacon in oil and separately beat the egg with the cheese.

Season the pasta with the bacon and raw egg and finally add the slices of dried summer truffle previously rehydrated in warm water for 20 minutes.

Serve immediately.
