Gastronomia Forante

Angolo della Gastronomia was born thanks to the passion of the Forante family: Claudio with 25 years of experience behind the counter of a dairy shop and his son Simone graduated from the Hotel Institute of Desenzano del Garda with some experiences in various restaurants in the area as a waiter.

The cuisine of gastronomy is based on tradition: the use of local products selected by small artisans and the processing that is inspired by the recipes of grandmothers.
You can find pasta dishes, with strength fresh pasta made by hand as the traction wants, from meat agnoli, pumpkin tortelli, bitter tortelli and other stuffed and extruded pasta

We find meat and fish dishes, side dishes and desserts. Well stocked the bench meats and cheeses with local products and sought.
Wide range of shelf products, selected by small artisans: from oil, rice, sauces, pickles, jams, pastry and cooker products, and wines.

The Angolo della Gastronomia also produces the typical Mantovana mustard with the variant of Campanine apples, pears passacrassana and mixed fruit.
