Ingredients for 6 people
- 4 tbsp white flour
- 200 g butter
- 15 saffron threads
- 2 glasses of vegetable broth
- Salt to taste
Directions:
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat, add the sifted flour and stir until smooth.
Add the hot broth where you will have previously soaked the saffron threads for a couple of hours (read our article on “How to use saffron threads”). Stir until you get a cream with a slightly thick consistency. Add salt to taste and serve hot.
