Saffron ricotta


  • 250 g ricotta
  • 30 dark chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • 0,15 g saffron threads
  • 150 ml water



Soak the saffron threads in some water (read our article ‘How to use saffron threads’). Once the saffron has released its aroma, incorporate the infusion, chocolate chips and honey into the ricotta and stir well.

The saffron ricotta is ideal on waffles too!
