Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 320 g spaghetti
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Chilli (1 large or 2 small)
- Extra virgin olive oil
In a large pot, bring plenty of salted water to a boil. Cut the two garlic cloves into halves, remove the soul and chop them very finely. Next, take the chili pepper and cut it into fine slices.
Heat 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan, add the chopped garlic and cook for a few minutes, paying attention that it does not burn. Add the chili and stir-fry for a few seconds.
Cook the spaghetti and drain when al dente. Transfer them into the pan with the garlic and chili and toss over a high heat to evenly distribute the sauce and allow the spaghetti to absorb the flavour. For a more harmonious taste, you can also use our garlic- and chilli-flavoured oil seasonings. Serve hot.
